Agreement to Terms
By using our services at StrongPost Hollister Fence Builders, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. We provide fence installation, repair, and related services in Hollister, CA and surrounding areas.
Services We Provide
We offer professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services. This includes wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, pool, and commercial fencing. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of your property.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if we discover unexpected conditions like underground utilities, difficult soil, or property line issues. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
Payment Terms
We typically require a deposit before starting work. The remaining balance is due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property as allowed by California law.
Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for ensuring we have clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and equipment. You must also obtain any required permits or HOA approvals before we start. If you're unsure about permits, we can help guide you.
Property Lines and Boundaries
You're responsible for accurately identifying your property lines. We recommend having a survey done if you're unsure. We're not responsible for disputes with neighbors about property boundaries.
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on labor. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Our warranty doesn't cover damage from severe weather, accidents, or improper maintenance.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled start date. Deposits may not be refundable if materials have already been ordered or if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start date.
Liability
We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked by the utility company. We always call 811 before digging.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new terms on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
